Return and Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged item or wrong item from us, please contact us within 7 days (upon delivery) via our contact form or email us at support@haselfoods.com. We can offer you a replacement of the product, credit for your next order (recommended) or we can refund you the money via bank transfer, postal transfer or Paypal.

If you have made a wrong order, or are unsatisfied with the products, please contact us. Depending on the circumstances, we will try our best to accommodate your wishes. In such cases, the customer has to bear the delivery/return delivery fee and other administrative charges such as bank transfer fee etc.

*Please note that we are unable to make any returns to the following:

  • Claims that come in 7 days after delivery has been made
  • Products damaged or lost by customers.
  • Products that have been opened.
  • Chilled and frozen products.
